Disc One: U.S. Theatrical Version (same as the Divimax SE) - This version is the original unrated edition that was released to theaters in 1979. This is director George A. Romero's final fully-mixed and edited "Director's Cut", a tag which is often erroneously attributed to the "Extended Version" (a.k.k The Cannes Film Festival Version).

Disc Two: Extended Version - Originally created for use at the 1978 Cannes Film Festival, this version runs 12 minutes longer than the U.S. Theatrical Version. the extra minutes are comprised of various scene extensions and some additional gore scattered throughout. This version is often incorrectly referred to as the Director's Cut. While this cut was overseen by George Romero, his legitimate "Director's Cut" ist he U.S. Theatrical Version.

Disc Three: European Version - When Dawn of the Dead was released in Europe, the film was re-edited by Co-Producer Dario Argento, with a running time of 118 minutes. This European Cut featured numerous dialogue extensions, trimmed scenes, a generally quickened pace as well as an increased amount of original music by composer, Goblin.
