Information about X.M.P.P at T.S.A :
The X.M.P.P. protocol was originally developed as a multi-user chat protocol in 1998.
It was first published under the name „Jabber“. In 2004 the I.E.T.F. published the protocol as an official standard under the name X.M.P.P = Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol.
Tristar itself began to take its first steps around 2010 with X.M.P.P under the EJabberD system.
In 2018 – 2019 the next step was taken, but with a different X.M.P.P based system. Similar to the I.R.C. already – 2 networks among the domains
the-solaris-agency.org:5222
the-solaris-agency.net:5222
is set up. Connections under this port are automatically updated and encrypted. However, IF possible, it is recommended to go directly to
the-solaris-agency.org:5223
the-solaris-agency.net:5223
To connect.
While „the-solaris-agency.org“ is the MAIN X.M.P.P. server through which one should ALWAYS connect first, the-solaris-agency.net is the RESERVE X.M.P.P. server and should only be used if the MAIN server is NOT available.
T.S.A. offers you the most MODERN X.M.P.P. systems and the possibility to access OUR X.M.P.P. network via comfortable web chat. ( You can also use your favourite „client“ like Gajim, Gabber, Spark etc. of course. )
