The Cloud was created as a replacement for the FTP file server in order to simplify the exchange between members. FTP still exists, but it has now been integrated into the cloud and can still be accessed in the old, traditional way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First of all, with the cloud you can share data with the members registered there. It is even possible to share files with people who are not registered in the cloud. This then works via a link (unless there is a ban on sharing this file ( further ). )<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A wide variety of files can also be created. These can be WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT files. But also flow charts, mind maps and simple text files are possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data is completely compatible with Microsoft Office and can be exchanged among each other almost without problems. The only thing that is NOT supported are MACROS !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After logging into the T.S.A Team Cloud, you go to the overview for the files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you want to share data with people who are ALSO registered in the cloud, select the „SHARE“ icon and then enter the name of the person with whom you want to share the SELECTED file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In order to share files with these people, however, you have to create a so-called „SHARE“ link and then give THIS link to the people who should also be able to download or edit the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
